Agreement:	Kalka Enterprises d/b/a MyVirtualVideo.com agrees to create and host the specified internet videos in windows media format (.wmv) on our servers for a period of one year for the price listed. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL IN ADVANCE AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE VIDEO PRODUCTION HAS BEGUN OR HOSTING SECURED ON SERVER.
