Independent Sales Contractor
Agreement Kalka Enterprises, d/b/a My Virtual Video,
P. 0. Box 355, Bandera, TX 78003 Agrees to pay $50.00 for
all videos taken and submitted, within three days of receiving location
order providing the quality of the video is acceptable. The video
must contain at least three minutes of usable (editable) video. We recommend
around 10~12 minutes of video so we can get three minutes of actual
usable video. The length of the raw video will be at your discretion
just as long as we can use three minutes of video that include clips
of all scenes requested after our editing.
Definition of Sale - Any sales transaction starting from initial contact of client to the delivery of the signed contract with payment, the complete directions and descriptions of video and at least three minutes of usable (after edit) video will receive $100.00 per video submitted. Commissions will be paid upon approval of videos and bank clearance of funds approximately 10 days after sale. Bonus Incentive For Sales - Any Independent Contractor selling 40 videos or more in a 30-day (calendar month) period will receive a $400.00 Bonus for that month payable within 10 days. If a minimum of three video sales are made per week for one consecutive year, Kalka Enterprises will pay a $1000.00 Bonus in addition to the monthly bonus above, to the sales person 10 days after the anniversary date of this agreement. (156+ videos total for the year.) Definition of Referral Fee - Any referral submitted to My Virtual Video that results in an in-house sale will be paid a 10% referral fee of gross sales excluding sales tax. Note: You must be a US citizen at least 18 years old legally entitled to enter into a legally binding contract. You will be asked to supply a valid, verifiable social security number and current valid ID. As an independent contractor you will be responsible for your own taxes and other withholdings. As an independent contractor you will not be an employee or in the employment of Kalka Enterprises or any of its subsidiaries.
